System Consultant (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description

Job Purpose:

System Implementation Consultant provides the policy setup, data loading, consultation, and system training to company new implementation customers based on the system package customer subscripted.

1st line of contact for new implementation customers. System Implementation Consultant will manage to communication to Software Developers/Designers for 2nd level support.

Job Responsibilites:

Technical/Application data loading, policy setup, consultation, and system training to new implementation customer for the system package customer subscripted.

Ensure all customer integration specific issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion.

Lead communications/expectations to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.

Take ownership of technical issues reported for resolution, working with development team as necessary.

Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.

Participation in providing training to customers as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Products subject matter expert including acquiring new technologies to enhance capability to support customers.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

A fast learner with strong & solid analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Strong SQL skills.

Outstanding customer service, organizational, communication skills (written and verbal skills) and excellent phone manner.

Required skillset: PHP, HTML JavaScript and in-depth knowledge of MsSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL Database for web development.

Resourceful, high energy, independent-minded, can-do attitude.

Hardworking, Goal orientated and responsible.

Self-starter and have a good teamwork attitude.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work flexible hours as when required.

Working experience as programmer/ system analyst or technical support is added advantage.
